ModLily review: I ordered a swimsuit on 6 August still waiting

I ordered a swimsuit on 6 August and the money was promptly taken from my bank account. When I logged on to check on progress I was told there was no order placed against my account. After "chatting" with an agent I got an order number which I had not received previously but it turned out this was for a dress for a women in the US. On my second attempt, I got given yet another order number this time for a top to someone in the US. I live in the UK. I am still waiting for all this to be sorted out but I don't hold out much hope. My advice would be to steer clear.
