Saturday 8/9 I was no longer able to access my voicemail. I tried multiple methods, Google searches, etc. Monday I called Mint and began a long arduous process of getting some help. They were unable to help while I was using the phone itself, so Wednesday 8/13 I paid the $15 fee and contacted the upgraded Mintech Advisors.
Multiple calls were dropped, promises made and today 8/15, I still do not have access to voicemail. The frontline customer service cannot directly connect me with the tech support staff that is working on my issue and despite promises they would call me back, they don't.
I was initially impressed with the product/service of Mint Mobilie, but after the pathetic and dismal customer service experience, I will be looking into other alternatives for my mobile service.
Desired outcome: To have my issue resolved.

(UPDATE) TMobile/Mint is less compatible with my 2022 Motorola Stylus 5G. I upgraded to a 2025 Motorola and the issue is gone. Could have been worse, but I am disappointed in the incredibly slow responses and inability to contact the escalation tech support directly.
Too many companies have barriers to good service.
