Mint Mobile – My iphone 14

I changed servers from T-Mobille Account [protected] to Mint Mobile on September 3, 2023. My number is [protected]. My name is Yvette K. Stone. Since getting this service, I have not had telephone calls come in or I can not call out. I can not get my text. I went back to Target and waiting for 3 hours and still do not have service. I called Mint Mobile 10 times. I called 5:00 AM no help closed. Please turn my phone on! I work and live far from my family. They are so worried! An order number was not sent to me. I am an elderly. This is elder abuse. No one is listening to me!
