Mint Mobile – International calling

July 20, 2022 I paid $24.93 for International Calling to use when I went on vacation to Mexico. They gave me instructions how to use the phone in Mexico, August16,2022, it didn't work. I called them from the Hotel phone, they said I was supposed to put a code in the phone for it to work, it still didn't. I was left without a phone to use, or internet. Now I have asked them to refund my money and they are giving me the run around for over a week. I believe their reps don't know how to tell someone how to use international calling, or it's just a scam. They were certainly quick to take my money.
