Microsoft sabotaged my workflow. I used to rely on hybrid selection in Excel and Word—scattered copy, non-contiguous text, precision formatting. Now those functions are broken. They removed core features, forced Snipping Tool as a workaround, and buried real support behind a cluttered, confusing website. I’m paying for broken tools and corporate arrogance. I’ve submitted feedback and will be posting this complaint publicly on Trustpilot, ConsumerAffairs, BBB, Reddit, and Twitter/X. Microsoft deserves every ounce of backlash coming their way.

Claimed loss: Time, productivity, and paid subscription value

Desired outcome: Restoration of legacy workflows, public acknowledgment of sabotage, and direct response from Microsoft leadership
