This site has alot of technical issues. It freezes during the game. And constantly when collecting powerups. And connection problems. I have done a complete sweep of my computer, it is not me. It is on your side. And I am not the only person it is doing this to. All of my bingo friends are having the same problems. It is getting very frustrating, and is raising my blood pressure. I go to this page to calm down, not to get more frustrated. I am afraid of having a heart attack I get so mad. Please correct these problems. I really like this game and I like all my bingo friends. I would like to complain about my recent experience with Microsoft. I contacted Microsoft months ago once I realised that for some reason I had actioned a trial period for office software under a different email to the one I have access too. Originally there was no sign of the software I was automatically charged for when I logged onto my Microsoft account, so I was unaware that the software was still allocated to my account. Once I was contacted by PayPal in regards to an automatic charge added to my account I then contacted Microsoft directly and explained the situation... along with the fact that I never activated the initial trial software and had not intent of doing so. I was told by the customer service assistant that my subscription was cancelled. Months later and now I log onto my Microsoft account and have noticed the subscription is active and not intact cancelled as I requested months earlier.

Now after contacting Microsoft by phone I have been told that because I am over the initial 30day period for a refund then I must still pay for the software even though I never activated the original subscription (due to the fact that it was not even showing up on my subscriptions list!).

I would like to take my complaint further because I have been treated unfairly considering the mix up with my accounts and emails associated with the initial subscription, and I was given the impression that the subscription was in fact cancelled with my original contact with Microsoft customer service.

I really must congraulate Microsoft on its ongoing Windows update work and the ability of those updates to effectivly render PC's unusable.

Just in the latest round of updates alone an update has managed to stop my Vaio laptop from seeing the battery leaving me with a machine that cannot migrate to battery power. The internet is littered with complains over this issue with almost every brand of laptop and the solutions come think and fast, including the old chestnut of needing a new battery, but to no avail to many. This is just one exaply of the issues your updates are causing which come thick and fast. Time to rein back on the updates me thinks and put a little consideration into what you are doing in the bigger picture.

I was trying to buy points from Texas HoldEm Poker tonight and I have it set up with Pay Pal.com but tonight it would not go through as Google jumped in and is trying to give me more security or something. I do not want Google in my games, I have them set up as I want them. Or is it just because of Windows 10?" All I want is Google to stay out of my pay pal account. How do I do this?

I would like to know if these products are legit? If not please put a stop to them and force Lazada to take them down. I logged in to legitimately buy several Microsoft software but I can't believe that these products can be sold for penny's of what they should cost. The seller claims they are selling legit licensed Microsoft software. It a shame that I had to pay over 100 dollars for something they are selling on here for less then 1 dollar.

The surface used to say that windows rt was a mistake for Microsoft that created it and that it didn't pass attention and overlooked it. Users should not be affected by this mistake.

surface pro 1 has been upgraded to windows 10 but surface 2 only has windows rt 8.1. Later releases surface pro 1

I have never purchased a microsoft xbox product. Now i get charged for items on my debit card everyday. i try to call support which is virtually impossible and now they have charged another $320.00 today so far. I dont even have a microsoft account to leave my number for a call back this is very frustrating so now i guess i have to file a law suit to get my money back my number is [protected]

I just bought a new laptop that runs windows 10. It's been a nightmare. I'm a casual computer user, so I have to hope that any program or operating system is user friendly. so, first off: display model mode? what kind of joke is that? the complete lack of help or ease getting that fixed was pure hell. with no internet to set up my new computer, it made my new laptop an expensive paper weight. secondly: no help what so ever to explain programs without an internet connection? thanks for nothing. thirdly: registration to use programs consistently fails, and damned if I can figure out why.
Being unable to easily figure out how to use any of the programs because I don't have a home internet connection is my biggest complaint right now. it makes my expensive new computer virtually useless. Windows 10 has little to no help or tutorials on how to use the programs. I cannot even copy and paste the text of this complaint to Word. Soooooooo frustrating.
I've had a dislike of Microsoft since windows 95. This just reinforces my commitment to avoid purchasing Microsoft products. rather than adhere to any form of business ethics, it just seems like Microsoft wants to cheat consumers out of money by (metaphorically) selling discount bread that can only be toasted with an expensive Microsoft toaster.

I get up every morning to check out the news. I love the MSN website and the news choices they have, but I constantly get the bosch ad with its music that over runs any video news cast or report that I am trying to watch. I can pause/mute and it will start up after 15-20 seconds. Please remove this annoying option or at least move the audio component.

Hi, Trying again for n-th time. I am an original holder of a Hotmail address gotten before MS acquired them. It is [protected]@hotmail.com. Recently, I got my phone number changed from [protected] to [protected]. I'm trying to set my new number & I can remember my password. I try to go thru the recovery process which sends me a code which I enter but it asks me about CC#s for past purchases. I made purchases as a student between 2011 & 2014 but no longer have those CC numbers as I have lost them or had fraud a couple of times. There needs to be a better system. Right now it is designed to fail. I will be writing a BBB report because this is inexcusable. I tried with One Support which is basically useless. You really should try to help your old customers. I son't want a subscription, I'll pay single incident but that's it. I get the feeling MS is greedy. I also am a programmer, & have gone from MS evangelist to MS hater in one day. There is no excuse for this level of BAD service. It is inexcusable. Now, I have to change all my email addresses everywhere. My next computer will be a MAC because now I absolutely hate MS. I had a card linked to my account and between April and June I had close to $800 of unauthorized charges for Fortnite and other games. Many kids do not understand that these items cost real money or the amount that they are being charged. I kept contacting the company who kept sending me auto replies and ignoring me. The chat agent kept saying my refund was open yet they kept auto emailing me that it was closed with no answers or results. They refuse to refund me though the charges were not authorized.

Why are you guys not going to work on Windows 11? Why continue to work on Windows 10 until the end of time? Are you guys just that lazy to not start on a new operating system? What is there to improve upon on Windows 10? Make Windows 11! Windows 10 has been out for four years now and no one has complained enough for Windows 10 to need an update. MAKE WINDOWS 11.

I do not like how I can't play every Xbox 360 game on Xbox One. I tried to play The Simpsons Game for the Xbox 360 on my Xbox One S because I have heard that the Xbox One was backwards compatible with the Xbox 360. I put the disc in only to have a message display on screen that the game could not be played. What's the point of selecting specific Xbox 360 games that could be played on Xbox One? Please do a system update that allows the Xbox One S play all Xbox 360 games.

For last 2 years I get spam messages on my laptop and telephone calls on my home number indicating that unless I call a certain number my laptop will be frozen and I could face criminal chages unless I pay to have my account reinstated.

I have been to the Windows Store and have complained. Say they are aware but can do nothing and that Microsoft knows about this.

The other day this "spam" came up and then an alarm sounded out of my laptop which was quite loud and unnerving.

Everytime this page comes up on my laptop, I have to STOP what I am doing and manually shut laptop off to get it to end.

I am fed up and as much as I like a PC I am considering going to a MAC!

What am I to do? What can Microsoft Do?

This meant that I have been so upset by microsoft customer services that I gave up. However due to the injustice of this and the simplicity and support offered by resolver I have decided to take this as far as I have to in order to receive every penny back from microsoft.

An apology, an assurance that c.s. reps will be told to resolve issues and not just pass things around until the customer gives up and a complete refund of every penny I have overpaid for the same service. Please send this to the top or I will take it to the small claims court and let them deal with it. Thankyou
