I recently asked for an extension for 48 hrs of services, in the pass June 23, I did a extension now the company telling me on the 24th the changes were made to no longer have internet with extension. This company is full of it and how are you allowed to make changes and don't inform consumer. this company doesn't value their consumer and just about the money. I never went through this with any other services. I no longer interested in my services, I'm going to a service where they care for the consumer and value. I hate this company and ill tell the world, I hate this fishy company.

I have gone into this location 4 times in the last 2months and have had poor customer service by the store manager Nester. He is beyond rude, walks away from you to talk to other employees, make personal calls and is not friendly. I went in to up grade my phone and he added a 2nd line and the wireless and than didn't even set up the phone app. Making it not work longer than a day and still having to pay for it.

My husband and I went into metro pcs store on delaware ave Albany NY 12209. The store owner was trying to help us replace a sim card. It did not work cause phone is broken. Then I proceeded to ask her & remember coming into her store 3 months priorbtelling me as we are metro pcs customer we can get an upgrade service. Now 3 months later she then was trying say we dont get a discount in fact she says we have to pay full/higher price. I admenantly (sp) was telling her that does not sound right. After going back and forth and her being rude we decided to leave. When we got home I called Metro pcs Customer service and they did say what I thought was true that we do get an upgrade discount. I called to the store and I was telling her what I was told by your company. She hung up on me! I then decided to make a formal complaint. She was trying to con us and lie. I'm sure we are not the first. Been a metro pcs customer for over 5 years with the same phone number and for 2 gigs per line I am this close having us go else where. We been loyal customers and I feel we sld be able to get the proper discount towards new phones. The reason behind this email I want your company to see who you have working in one of your stores not only was decietful but rude as well.

I have purchased three phones and every time I have to get more than one spn phone that freeze up and the speakers stop working the phones are garbage as well as your service. You're return policy on upgraded phones is not acceptable I purchased a phone July 13, 2018 and it began to mess up July 15, 2018 nice offer to order another one but I want my money and a new service.

I went into this one metro store by me at 410 lalor st trenton nj 08611 and there supposed to give u off 150$ when ur coming from anotha provider and that store told me only 100$ and she made sure she told the other grl in there how much to give me off so when i left to go to another metro pcs they said its a 150$ off and i told that guy that worked there that the first metro i went to said only 100$ and he said yea cause they take ur extra 50 and use it for them selfs and even he knew about it so i want to report them so they cant do that to anyone else
the customer service and false advertising
I went into metro today in Haltom city Texas off beach across from boost mobile. Was thinking about switching over when I went in the lady who assisted me was rude I asked what deals they had with iPhone 6 she told me they didn't carry them. They only carry new models and they the didn't have any deals with any iphones. I asked why they had iPhone 6 in display them if they don't carry it. That's false advertising and she then very rudely told me I could take it up with corp. office. Website says that if u switch I can get free iPhone se but yet they don't carry old phones only new models. So that makes no sense. I will not be taken busy with metro. Very rude customer service . Think y'all need to have training on how to be have good people skills.
metro by T-Mobile advertises free Amazon Prime, Google One and McAfeee anti-virus. After you buy the service and equipment then send you home to do the registration of Amazon Prime, Google One and McAfee anti-virus. Amazon Prime registers fine, Google One registers fine and McAfee anti-virus registers fine. Here's the catch! After a month goes by your Amazon Prime stops working, why? Because they say in their "Terms and Conditions, " which is not on their big advertisement at the stores or their ads, that only one (1) account is the one that needs to be registered and then shared. So now you have "breached" their terms and condition and get no Amazon Prime. BEWARE! I am not going to add more drama to my life, but if someone wants to report this to BBB maybe they will stop this SCAM.

I had went in to pay my phone bill on 7/11/[protected] Blue Hill Ave Mattapan, ma)not knowing that i did not have enough. The representative behind the counter had swiped my card and said their was insufficient funds. She had told me the exact amount that was on my card and told me she did not charge me. I had went home to grab my other card when then i seen my card was charged for that exact amount she had said. i went back assuming she can just charge me the difference since i was already charged for that amount and she was informing me that she cannot do anything because that is something that the card machines do. I went on letting her know she did not let me know this when she had swiped my card and i was very upset and her attitude and facial expression was just something uncalled for. I had called her out of her name and kept telling her she should have told me something like this would happen and she had said " Ill call my boys to come down over here!". Mind you the police station is right next door and a call away. Calling the police would be the more appropriate approach rather than what was said. We live in an area where things can get out of hand very quickly and even quicker with what she had said instead of dealing with it as a representative . This was completely uncalled for...had it been another it would have been different. i do not believe she should be working as a representative for she has no customer service skills what so ever. Not only for her attitude all around but for saying she will call her boys over. As a result she needs some type of suspension or to be fired for saying something like that. Someone like that does not need to be working for customer service or a representative.
purchase a stolen phone
I went into the Metro PCS store located n 43rd and bell rd early April to purchase a phone. Went I got in the man was pushing me towards the LG G6 which he said would be $500. I liked the phone so I set up smartpay "loan" to make to monthly payments for the phone until I owned it in full. I made my last payment on 7/9 and the next day my phone would not connect to internet or get service. I brought it back to Metro and they told me I must not have purchased this phone here because its a T-Mobile phone and that they couldn't help me.. I proceeded over to T-Mobile where they told me Metro must have sold you a stolen phone because it is blacklisted and they is no way to help me.. So I am being told that after paying off my phone in full, I do not own this phone and it is unable to be use and no refund or help can be given to me! I go back to the specific store I purchased the phone from and they tell me "oh well he no longer works for us and we switched owners so there is nothing we can do and we cannot give a refund". Furious at this point I ask her to call the manager, and after telling her manager everything on the phone I hear the manager laughing on the phone telling me to get out and there's nothing they can do! AWFUL customer service, I am beyond frustrated with them and still am looking for a way to get my money back.

the very first day I learned the store scammed me. I wanted a $30 day unlimited plan. They don't sign people up over the phone or provide phones over the phone. I don't have transportation. I happened to walk by their store in Easton. They insisted I had to buy the $60 plan for the 1st month and could change after that. I had a problem my very first day and called tech support/customer service. They said there was no such requirement that I had to get the $60 plan for the first month and put me back down to the $30 plan. In other words the store committed fraud. I found on Google reviews of the store they'd done the same thing to other customers last year and the year before. It get's worse. They also put another $5/mo feature on my phone for music on hold that I never asked for, never discussed, they never explained. Of course they'd pick something like that since people generally don't call themselves. Also, I specifically wanted an LG phone because they'd worked well for me before. After the store scammed me out of $35 I didn't have the $4-5 they wanted for the phone I wanted that was supposed to be free, no additional charge according to customer service. I've had nothing but trouble from the alcatel. don't buy those either.
I'd stopped getting notifications on my phone that I had voicemail. People had been telling me they'd called and left vm but I never knew it. It cost me sales and relationships with co-workers. The first tech support I spoke with had no idea what he was doing. He was going through the operating manual to see what he could find. He was supposed to find me someone who actually knew how to fix the problem and call me back in an hour. No call. I spoke to 2 other people who also couldn't fix the problem. They'd tried calling and leaving VM but no notifications. They finally decided to reset my network and were supposed to call me in 30 minutes to make sure it worked. Maybe they did, I don't know because now my phone no longer rinks or vibrates when I'm getting a call. the only way I know if a call is coming in is if I'm holding the phone and see it on the screen. Remember, I said they'd called to check my vm notifications. The phone rang and buzzed then. It wasn't until they reset the network that is stopped. Now they insist it's a problem with my phone. They insist I have to go to the store for them to fix it. The store is a bunch of thieves. remember the beginning of this review. I wanted them to make sure I got the phone I'd wanted in the first place. They say they have no control over their stores. What kind of company has no control over their franchises. Tell t;hat to McDonalds, Wendy's Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, GM, Ford, etc.
This company is not interested in providing good service or taking care of their customers. Tech support is not trained. They have no control over their stores stealing from their customers. Never deal with MetroPCS anywhere. As soon as I'm making $ again I'm moving to a better company. It isn't M PCS.
I have an appointment to speak with the State AG's office. This must be happening to hundreds or thousands of people as it's definitely been going on for at least 2 years. And if the owner of this store owns other stores? Multiply it. This is outright fraud. I will be asking for a criminal investigation.

My SIM card has been set on Lock twice and I have a subpoena on my phone also suspicious activity such as missing pictures and automatic phone shut offs are far too frequent. I never authorized another other person to have access on my phone not even family I have sensitive documents and pictures I would never share with others on my phone. Please check whats going on with my service I was helped by Mr. Argenis a Sales Expert who stated he could not help me with my iCloud backup and that he did not know what to do to help me the Sales Manager had to help me unlock the SIM once again and said I had to go to the Apple store because he knows nothing about the iCloud backup feature. There was a previous time long ago were the SIM card on the iPhone 6s I have has been locked without my authorization please look into this matter for me thanks. I received a new cell phone by mail. I work night shifts and I asked my wife and son to go to a Metro PCS Store located in 1747 W 6th St Brooklyn, NY 11223, to activate new phone and transfer my data on June 30, 2018 (she paid $10 for it). The Representative there dropped my new phone on the granite floor inside the store (he did not even formally apologize for damaging my phone). He told my wife that it will take 10 minutes to transfer the data and he left the store saying he would return within a couple of minutes. After 45 minutes had passed, the data still hasn't transferred and it became clear that something was wrong with my phone after he had dropped it. When the representative came back, my wife asked him why it was taking so long, he became extremely rude and aggressive, verbally abused my wife and son (using bad language and hurling insults), to the point that my wife had no choice but to call the police. When the police arrived, the officers told my wife to file a complaint with BBB or Small claims Court. The owner of this store arrived at the same time as the police, my wife tried to tell him what happened, but he didn't even listen to her or even offer his help in this situation. My wife (who suffers very bad panic attacks) came home shaking and crying. This is not the way to treat customers and I'm asking for your help to solve this problem.
Never had problems in other Metro PCS Stores. This store should be closed for good, because people in this store have no respect to customers .
