Metro PCS will not honor rebate. Bought phone at the end of January submitted rebate form with UPC Code and pat of Package with other numbers and did not receive a reabte. Wrote to them went back and forth for months and still no rebate. The company just reverts messsages to the place where you purchased the phone and they cant do anything and then asks you to call suctomer service and customer service tells you they cannot do anything you have to contact the rebate department still not rebate and it's July. This is unacceptable.

HEY I HAD BOUGHT THE ZTE C79 PHONE I HAVE INSURANCE. AND IT KEEPS ON SHUTTING OFF AND GOING SOO SLOW SO WHAT I DID IS CALL THE METRO STORE WHERE I BOUGHT MY PHONE AT AND THE AINT DO NOTHING ABOUT IT BUT TOLD ME TO CALL THE INSURANCE PLACE SO I CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE CORPORATION OFFICE AND THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BUT TOLD ME TO CALL THE INSURANCE PLACE AGAIN WELL IM GETTING TIRED OF ALL THIS PEOPLE SHOULDN'T BE PAYEN MONEY TO THE METRO PCS STORES IF THEY DON'T BE FIXING THERE PHONES RIGHT. I AM TRYING TO GET ANOTHER PHONE THE SAMSUNG MESSENGER R450 PHONE AND THE METRO PCS STORE TOLD ME THAT I HAD TO BUY THAT PHONE WHICH I DON'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE I HAVE INSURANCE WHATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF HAVING INSURANCE ON A PHONE IF YOU METRO PEOPLE AINT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. If you notice that store that you pay your bill at is usually a metro pcs authorized store. They don't work for metro pcs so the service charge is thier way of getting paid. If you don't have a credit card go and get a prepaid card and then go to the website or dial 611 from your phone.

I recently bought 2 samsumg messager phone. One for my daughter and one for me. I paid 213.00 each. I have had to return the first phone I got and it took almost 3 weeks to get. I still have the same problem with the new phone. No reception and cant download pictures. I would lik to get a whole different phone or go back to a rave phone but I dont feel I should have to pay for another phone. However you can not talk to a live person about this all you get is a recording. That sucks. The place where I got the phone wont give me an exchange. I have been with this company for 2 yrs and have 4 phones on my account. You would think that if they wanted to keep the customers happy then they would as least exchange the phone. I would like to have a response back to this because I dont really want to go to another company but would like to have my phone replaced without paying for another one again

I made my payment for June '09 on-line at their website. My service was disconnected 1 day after due date. I called the 3rd party co. that completes the transactions for MetroPCS, "Bill Matrix." Bill Matrix gave me a confirmation # that payment was made 1 day prior to due date. I called MetroPCS back, asking for an investigation on their part to search for the payment in addition to, crediting me for the 2 days of no service. C/Service Rep. told me that MetroPCS does not issue credit even if they made the error. Service is back on for 2 days while they continue searching for the payment. This is NOT a professional company at all, customer relations nor service wise...

RE: METRO PCS. I had a second line added and bought the new phone. I was told when my next bill was due, I would only have to pay for the first line, because I had a free month on my second line. The "METRO PCS" CEO'S need to give better service to their customers (all their independent pcs stores). Maybe then the customer might get better service. Right now pcs is the worst when it comes to customer service and telling the truth.

Try paying at metropcs.com.

You may have been trying in the last week. Try now.

If you don't have a credit card, that sucks for you. You should probably try to get one.

I TOO AM AT WITS END WITH METRO. I SWITCHED PHONES AND HAD THEM FLASH A NEW ONE. MY TEXT MESSAGES ARE ONLY WORKING TO OTHER METRO PCS USERS. WELL CONSIDERING THATS ONLY 3 OUT OF ABOUT 100 CONTACTS THAT CREATES A PROBLEM. WELL AFTER 3 SOFT RESETS AND A MAJOR REST THAT TOOK 24-72 HOURS STILL, YOU GUESSED IT NOT WORKING. THE ONE WAY CAN YOU CAN TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT IS TELL THE AUTOMATED PHONE YOU WOULD LIKE TO ACTIVATE A PHONE. GO FIGURE IF IT IS MAKING MONEY, LIKE A NEW CUSTOMER, PRESTO THEY ANSWER. HOWEVER, THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL THEY JUST KEEP TELLING ME THE SAME THING. SO AFTER ABOUT 5 HOURS I GOT A DIFFERENT ANSWER FROM WILL ID# 26657. HE SAID THE METRO DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY TEXT MESSAGES TO NON METRO USERS. AWESOME, I WONDER WHY THEY DON'T ADVERTISE THAT ON THEIR T.V. COMMERCIALS. WHAT A JOKE. TO SAVE MONEY IS TO GET CRAPPY SERVICE.

I bought two metro phones totalling around $ 500.00 ...plus...I paid 1st months bill which was $ 94.00..I decided at that time to cancel one phone due to bad service...They told me they would apply the monies to the remaining phone...that I left on to not pay that months bill..I went online to check and see if they done so...They hadnt applied anything..I called them and they told me that I had to pay $ 50.00 for 4 days service because they dont adjust accounts like that..and didnt know who misinformed me...so no credit would be given...so they billed me $ 50.00 for 4 days and didnt tell me that I was going to be charged the full amount..If they had I would have used the phone for 20 something more days but instead they let me close the account and lied about anyt type of credit to the other account...Not only that..They were supposed to port my number in and they never did so I lost a 10 year old phone number I had had for years...I was irate...They do not care about pleasing their customers what so ever...All they want to do is take your money ..tell you lies..and send you on your way...I would never advise anyone to sign up with them..They screwed me out of $ 700.00..I have two phones that only work with metro pcs...now...which do me no good at all...

THEY NEED A NEW NAME CALLED METRO PIECE OF S***.

On Oct 10, 2008 I paid my cell phone bill on the due date over the intenet at metropcs.com however, the payment was processed and I got an confirmation of payment but my cell phone was cut off since 10/10/08 by Metropcs. In addition, the payment was processed by my bank on 10/10 that shows on my statement paid on 10/14/08 however my cell phone is still off and metropcs keeps saying I didn't pay my bill. I would like to file a former complaint against Metropcs for fraudlent billing practices.
