on 2/17/2026 the agent closed my case stating she didn't have the medical records she requested when in fact she did on 2/10/2026 she received a 33-page document from pulmonologist and at 5:21pm on 2/17/2026 she received a five-page document from my primary doctor. also, on 2/17/2026 i had a cardiac appointment in which she immediately sent over a progress request in which they have 14 days to return. Now this is not the first time she has closed my case or is it the first time I've had to file a complaint to get things resolved. It's cost me a lot of money in late fees overdraft fees can't afford my medication etc.. on 12/30/2025 she did the exact same thing claiming she didn't have documentation and she did. I filed a complaint than too. She rude and whenever I say something she don't like she closes my case saying she doesn't have documentation. I am also on ADA in which she has to obtain medical documentation to and not one time has she had a problem ding her job and I have never been denied. the std agent has even ask the ADA agent for copies of her paperwork and approved my std before.
Desired outcome: I want my claim re-opened and I don't want her harassing me anymore or keep closing my case. I want reimbursement for all economic loss due to her not doing her job. some things can't be resolved like my credit for late payments.
