My A200 had a water ingress leaving me with 7L of water in the footwell. This is a common fault on A200’s and also the air vent) spare part) has been modified. I’ve been without a car for 10 days die to stripping all carpets, seats and centre concole to dry out. Sent an email to South Point Mercedes Mandurah where I bought the car and was not even answered. I am very unhappy and think this is very much unprofessional of Mercedes to handle the issue like this. I had the vents replaced with new Mercedes modified vents and would like to be refunded for all the work, labour, parts and inconvenience caused by this. It is ridiculous to think that a car of this quality would leak such an amount of water without any racall on the manufacturing fault of the spare part. I have photos and proof of all the damage, old and new spare parts and proof that this is a common fault on this models. Please let me know if you are interested in helping me.
See the extra seal added to the new spare part to cover the manufacturing fault on old one

Claimed loss: No car 10 days inconvenience!$2130 for stripping, drying and fitting carpets, seat centre console and baking car$125 for mercedes modified air vents. $275 fitting vents. $217 for clearing display message front left malfunction

Desired outcome: Please cover the cost and pay for inconvenience.this is not normal treatment from Mercedes or what to expect from a mercedes car of this quality
