Memorial Hermann Health System review: Trans vaginal ultrasound

An unsupervised student met me at the door, introduced herself as a student and that she would be doing my trans vaginal ultrasound. I thought... ok... After the initial ultrasound on the top of my stomach was completed, I went to the restroom and found the ultrasound jell all over the front of my pants and on my top. For the second half of the ultrasound, I asked for a supervised ultrasound for the insertion of the wand. It began and I was extremely uncomfortable. The person who was watching, took the wand from the student and it felt like she rammed into my vagina. I was so upset. This person never introduced herself to me and I felt she resented being in the room with the student. After all, it was lunchtime. I am not sure I will ever have another trans vaginal ultrasound. My insurance is being charged $5,000 for this test. I feel like I experienced unprofessional care.
