Non-delivery of merchandise
Found a fantastic price on a used Lifepak 15 - $16, 499. Company insisted on pre-payment. Mailed them a check, they stated that item was being packed to ship a week ago. They cashed the check and no one at their office can say where the item is - they only will confirm it was not shipped. No returned phone calls to me or our attorney. They were very quick to repond before getting the money - now that they have funds, they are difficult to get to even answer the phone.

I ordered a Mortara ELI 100 EKG machine from these people back in July. I believe they have committed fraud because I never received the equipment nor any response to my attempts to contact them. I want my $330 back immediately.
It was order #1238. I received a receipt and confirmation but no response since.
Tried to buy a Lifepak 12 defibrillator and they promissed me to send in Octuber. They still didn't send me the unit and won't give my money back! DO NOT trust this company!
