Balanced Healthcare Receivables This company took $465.00 from my debit card on 5/13, and it showed up in my account on 5/15

This company took $465.00 from my debit card on 5/13, and it showed up in my account on 5/15. I have no idea who they are, and I never gave them permission to charge my account. I don't owe any business $465.00 either. I tried calling them at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, but unless you know the extension, you can't reach anyone. There's no option to speak to an operator, and I don't even know the name of the person who billed me.

Balanced Healthcare Receivables When these charges occured I was incarserated

When these charges occured I was incarserated. While being incarserated the facility is responsible for all healthcare needs, therefore I should not be billed for these charges. They fall upon the facility that brought me to the hospital and any other tests they asked to be performed. Strafford County Jail are the ones who should be charged for this payment because I was in their care and they're responsible for all charges. I had been incarserated before and that's how it's always been, so therefore they should be paying this bill not me.

Balanced Healthcare Receivables Since November , I've been getting these automated messages from Balanced Healthcare Receivables about some balance I supposedly owe

Since November , I've been getting these automated messages from Balanced Healthcare Receivables about some balance I supposedly owe. I've received over 13 messages, but they never mention how much I owe or who it's owed to. It's just a generic automated message that makes me question the legitimacy of this company. They've never provided any specifics about the money owed, and I haven't received any mail about an outstanding amount either. It's really frustrating to keep getting these messages without any useful information. I definitely don't feel comfortable calling some random number and giving out my personal details just to find out if this is for real.

Balanced Healthcare Receivables Sometime back in March, I received a letter from a Dr

Sometime back in March, I received a letter from a Dr. office stating that an amount was due. I called to find out what this was about, as the services were rendered back in 2019. I asked for evidence, but the Spanish lady didn't have any information to provide. Additionally, I have never received any letters from the Dr. stating that any amount was owed. On 06/03, I received an email with the bill from the Dr.'s office. So, I responded to this office in the same way they did, via email. I'm starting to feel somewhat uncomfortable because they haven't answered my request, which is valid under the law. I want to make it clear that I'm not refusing to pay, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic and my inability to work, I have limited funds. I have offered two options based on my budget, and that's why I'm reaching out to ComplaintsBoard.com. The Dr.'s office is not responding back, and I'm concerned about my excellent credit score being negatively impacted. All I want is to pay on my terms, as I never received any letters regarding the owed amount from 2019 until now in 2021. If I had received such a letter, I would have paid it back then.

Balanced Healthcare Receivables BHS left 2 voicemails sayin' I owe 'em money for medical stuff

BHS left 2 voicemails sayin' I owe 'em money for medical stuff. They ain't given me no written proof to back up their claim and they want me to give 'em my personal info. BHS left 2 voicemails sayin' I owe 'em money for medical stuff. They ain't given me no written proof to back up their claim and they want me to give 'em my personal info to check if I'm really me. They think I gotta hand over my personal info to some stranger claimin' to be their representative without showin' any proof of who they really are. Then they expect me to pay a bill that I ain't never received from their client or themselves. There are ways to check if I'm me without me offerin' it up, and they shouldn't be demandin' payment for services I ain't never got no documents for. I don't think this debt is legit and they shouldn't be contactin' me without sendin' me written documents first. And if somehow BHS's claim is legit, I'm gonna complain 'bout their client who ain't even tried to send me a bill or call me 'bout any money I owe. I got rights and neither of 'em seem to wanna respect 'em.

Balanced Healthcare Receivables Monday May 31 I got a notice from Balanced Healthcare Receivables saying they're in charge of collecting a debt for my Hallmark Health

Monday May 31 I got a notice from Balanced Healthcare Receivables saying they're in charge of collecting a debt for my Hallmark Health account. The account number for Hallmark Health is XXXXXXXXX and the one with Balanced Healthcare Receivables is XXXXXXXX. The bill is for a visit I had at Urgent Care on January 20 to check my torn ligament in my left knee. Since it was urgent, I didn't get a referral from my primary care doc, Dr. Molina. Since that visit, I've been dealing with my injury recovery and trying to sort out the payment so I don't have to pay the $272.00 bill. I've called Hallmark Health Care multiple times to try and fix this. Last time, they said they'd look into it and handle it. After that, they emailed me a survey to fill out online, which I thought was to confirm that it wasn't a claim where someone else was at fault and the insurance company could go after them. I have good health insurance from Blue Cross of Massachusetts. It's really frustrating that in a situation like this, there's no help or guidance for the patient. It's just a bunch of finger-pointing and wasting everyone's time.
