Rn dc'ed grandmother to facility without her heart, pain or antibiotic medications after having a fresh heart surgery. they tried to have her son take her to the rehab w/o oxygen required states"its not that far" RN repeatedly states that " I packed her medicines in her bag" refusing to explain meds to son at bedside. when pt arrived at rehab without meds no one would take calls or willingness to answer questions or call in new scripts.I notified the Dr who was extremely upset and called hospital which still refused to admin pain meds and other meds

Claimed loss: pain and heart arrythmias

Desired outcome: apology and correction reeducation of professional behavior as no one will address concerns or take responsibility or even return a phone call
