Slow at filling prescriptions, especially when you're sick and in pain like when you need antibiotics right away, had to go to a different pharmacy because Meijer told me they wouldn't have it in stock for days. My normal everyday meds, I have to give them at least a couple days to have those ready. Their drive thru sucks, having to stretch to reach more than one touch screen from your car, then electronic sign, left handed because the dominent right hand is toward the inside middle of the car, let alone having to stick your bare hand outside the car in the cold below zero winter to operate the touch screens (screen won't register with gloves on). Or in summer, sun so bright makes screen black and can't see anything! In addition, they make you key in your birthdate on this screen yet ask you to verbally give your name, as if you could not do ALL of this verbally! It's all ridiculous! Then if you say ANYTHING at all to complain about this, they cop attitudes, belittle you, retaliate against you by messing around with your prescription orders, they get hostile and purposely start giving you a hard time in subtle ways everytime you do business with them. They also black list you for making any complaints of this treatment, call your house to harass and threaten you that they basically kicked you out. Then because you refuse to feed into their power trip, choosing not to answer their calls, after telling them you no longer wish to speak to them and you found a new pharmacy...after this they call and threaten that if you don't call them back or answer that they will send your medical information to another pharmacy that you did not choose nor give consent to. I looked that behavior up and it is a DIRECT hipaa violation. But this is how unprofessional, intentionally intimidating they are just because they can't stand to be told by a customer that they are doing anything wrong! Any discrepancies with this pharmacy people, I advice you to start reporting them to any and all government agencies that protect consumer/patient civil rights. It's the only way to stop this behavior...that and DON'T do business with them! They won't have a business left to run when they lose profits due to lost consumer dollar votes!
Recommendation: DON'T GO HERE!!
