I was notified by two text messages that my two prescriptions were ready for pickup, so I closed my store to get them a twenty minute drive by the way, and I need this as I have an abscessed tooth, I get there and I am told twenty more minutes, I wait twenty minutes just to be told another twenty minutes.
This is unacceptable, I had to close my business which is my problem but I should not have had to wait that additional 40 minutes that I had to close, so from now on I will just call the pharmacy every fifteen minutes until my prescription is ready for pickup.
You need one of two things at the Meijer Pharmacy in Lancaster Ohio, a competent staff or more employees to handle to load.
Get it together Meijer your costing your customers doing things like this, wonder why folks are going elsewhere?
Recommendation: Call before you go to pick up a prescription even if the auto text message says its ready unless you have half a day to wait.
