Meijer – Extreme disappointment and frustration with the removal of the pharmacy app

I’m extremely disappointed that Meijer Pharmacy got rid of their app. It was essential for managing prescriptions—for both myself and my child. Without it, I can’t easily see which meds are ready for pickup, the text alerts are unreliable, and I’ve lost the ability to track refills. Switching between profiles is now a hassle, and logging in is more difficult than ever.

This change has made managing our healthcare much harder. The app was user-friendly and efficient—removing it feels like a huge step backward. Unless Meijer brings back the app or offers a better alternative, I’m seriously considering switching to a pharmacy that actually prioritizes customer convenience.
