My best friend has been posting on the Aamer phone from. The same internet app (chrome) for 3 years jnder the same account Gmail everything, the other day she went to bump her page and when she hit manage post she got this message and they didn't send her any email. She checked every folder in her Gmail and nothing. Please someone help she has bills and needs she need to post.

In the beginning of April, I woke up and went to post my ad like I do every day and all of a sudden I was hit with the spam bot page. This has happened to me before so I immediately emailed the mega parcels people and didn’t hear anything back for like four days so I was I emailed again and again I was being very patient and polite And finally they responded and told me that I had done something like opened a spam mail or something, but I know better than to do that. Any ways I ask them if they could help me gain access to my account again and then they just started responding with the same email which didn’t contain any help or instructions or anything so needless to say, I have not worked in about a month. I just had to take a title loan out on my vehicle which is paid off and it’s the only thing I own, but I didn’t have a choice because I had to pay for my room somehow. So it’s kind of important that I’m able to work so I can attempt to pay back the title loan before I do lose my car. I just need help gaining access to my account. I’ve been on this site for five years. I love this site. This is the only site that I post on. Unfortunately, this does happen at random cause it’s happened to me before being locked out of my account, but I’ve always been able to get back on or gain access to it and I have not been able to do that this time but I’m about to be homeless and with no car, I’m pretty much desperate at this point. I don’t know what else I can do. please help me get back in my account.

05/14/2025 4pm. My account says triggered by spambots how do I fix this. It's ridiculous that iam once again locked out of my account. I sent various emails and still haven't heard back. All because I changed my phone number.

How you doing for this complaint I've been using Mega Personnel for quite some time now 08/2024 and it seems like right after I paid for the verification which I don't know why we got to pay for it they don't let me in they keep saying that I'm blocked or somebody try to log on from a different state so they keep blocking me and they don't want to help me heads up today I'm lay over and and they keep talking about people scamming I think they trying to scam or everybody else if you ask me

I got locked out of my account and got an email saying that I have to do a live video verification to get back in it. I haven't received any emails about a live video verification. It says to go try to post an ad and it should take me to a prompt for the video verification and I did but it took me back to the trigger fraud bots page. I still have not received an email about how to do this live video chat. Please help me! I have bills to pay and can't do anything until this issue is resolved.

I have never had a issue with megapersonals until now. Every time I try to get verified it fails. Now today when I tried to make a new page it said that it looked suspicious and failed again. I have a page already but can't access the email I made the account with so I couldn't reset my password to get into it. I really want my old page because I have had it for almost 3years now with no issues. I have emailed megapersonals lots of times trying to see if they coukd help. I know they are very busy. Imma just keep trying. I appreciate the ones created mp in the 1st place. Can't get mad about this bump on my road. Hopefully I can get my page back or at least get pass the verification part

I got to my new place got on there browser and they flag me I contact support said they can't do nothing about it ? Why I log into the wrong browser support didn't even try to help me this is wrong !

I haves passed the agent verification the id and face why its not letting me pay ? Now its saying payment fraud when I have verification n got approved im trying to pay the 21$ but the payment company is not letting they keep saying call my bank to let them know that it’s rejecting but I call my bank and then saying it’s the app and I Gmail mega personal nobody’s answering nothing I couldn’t even get the verification code to my number or Gmail and it was the right information

My account has been banned by Mega because my age was entered incorrectly on the ad. My age is 37 and I entered 27 by mistake
Acknowledgment:
I believe that I unintentionally violated Mega's guidelines because I made a keystroke error
I believe that the ban is unjustified and should be lifted because it was a simple mistake. Not fraud

Desired outcome: Requesting A Review: I would like to request that the support team review my case and reconsider the ban because I now understand that Mega personal has a strict policy regarding age.
