12:15pm may 19, 2024 - my email was hacked and google is unable to recover it, also my account was stolen. I’ve been trying to contact support and they keep telling me I have an account already when I attempt to make a new one. How do I get back into my old account or become able to delete that account and create a new one that I am able to SECURE & Lock Down?!? I’ve tried social media supports and still unable to reach someone that is actually willing to help me! I have babies to feed!

Desired outcome: Allow me to create a new account!!
