MegaPersonals.com – It says I have to do a live video verification to get back into my account

I got locked out of my account and got an email saying that I have to do a live video verification to get back in it. I haven't received any emails about a live video verification. It says to go try to post an ad and it should take me to a prompt for the video verification and I did but it took me back to the trigger fraud bots page. I still have not received an email about how to do this live video chat. Please help me! I have bills to pay and can't do anything until this issue is resolved.
