I have been an active member successfully posting however I keep getting locked out of my account. I has tried to make other accounts thinking that’s what I am suppose to do. I have sent many emails over the past 5 days to customer service and haven’t received anything back. Normally I get a response right away. Can someone please help me so I can use my account again . Hello,
I believe you have left a couple of complaints with different emails. The email you sent is connected to another account that is in good standing. Fig***ps90@gmail.com will remain closed. However, kait*****elljuly1995@gmail.com is posting without an issue currently.

I am not contacting anyone from that email. I was notifying your company that another woman has hacked and has posted under my name and this woman looks nothing like me. I reported the issue and then all the sudden I was locked out of my account.
Please allow me to make a new account t and start over
