Maxon Computer I bought two licenses for Maxon Software 2021 by mistake because my computer didn't recognize the first one

I bought two licenses for Maxon Software 2021 by mistake because my computer didn't recognize the first one. I told Maxon about it, but they said they couldn't give me my money back or let me talk to a manager, even though I asked many times. It seems like they don't trust me, even though I paid for their service and just want help fixing the problem. They said they can't check if I'm telling the truth because of their software. I'm upset that I got charged twice and want one of the licenses refunded.
