Mavis Discount Tire review: Tires and wheel alignment

We purchased 4 tires in April of 2026. A month later the car needed to be brought back because it was not aligned properly. 6 months later and only 10,000 miles and we were told from the dealership that the back 2 tires were worn down to only 30% life left on 60,000 mile tires. We went back to Mavis to have the issue addressed and the best they would do is offer 25% off of 1 tire. They were not willing to even prorate the tires, but simply wiped their hands of it even after admitting the alignment could have been the issue. We took it elsewhere and got much better service. Ironically, the other business, to knowing what had happened, asked where the tires were purchased and aligned. When we told them Mavis they were not surprised at all. They told us that this was a typical move to charge for service (alignment) and not perform it. We would NEVER recommend Mavis Discount Tire in Pittston, PA.
