The worst customer service in history. My daughter had a flat tire. I called the store to inquire about the tire replacement. Got an estimate completed while my daughter waited in their shop. Received the estimate, got the pricing break down and was assured that they have her specific tire in stock. Paid in full over the phone right away. My daughter waited for 1 hr after they took the damaged tires off only to receive a phone call after she waited for 1 hr that they don't have tires in stock. Requested money back but was told that they can't refund it until the next morning and that they will order the tires and put it on tomorrow. Would you trust them after first incorrect information that it will be done? Would you have an assurance that it will be really done the next day after the customer trust was already broken by the first empty promise? Quick enough to charge you but to slow to refund the money. Called the bank right away to dispute the charge. Took the car back unresolved. Waisted Friday evening for nothing.
Don't waste your time taking your car to this place. Pay it to the shop who knows their inventory and values their customers.

Do not trust what they say about what your car needs! I went there for a tire. I got, what I verified was a good deal. After telling them that because of that deal I would come back for the other tire, they felt that I trusted them and they could tell me whatever they wanted. They told me that my suspension, struts, and shocks were shot and gave me an estimate for $1700, which of course I didn't have at the time. They asked that I write my review right then, so he got 5 stars because of the good tire deal. However, when I went to the dealer, and a separate mechanic the next day, I was told there was nothing whatsoever wrong with my car. A $1700 lie! Do Not Trust!
