Mavis Discount Tire review: Terrible oil change and customer service

Got my wife’s oil changed in her VW Atlas. Two days later there was quite a bit of oil on my garage floor. Called up there and without apologizing the employee just quickly told me to bring it in in the morning. Fast forward to the next morning I bring the car in to get the issue resolved and the manager on duty proceeds to yell at me saying “don’t talk to me man”. He then try’s to turn it around on me saying I was being rude and disrespectful about the service. After cussing at me more and yelling at me the issue was finally resolved…I will NEVER bring another vehicle to any Mavis on the planet. DONE
