In November 2018 I took my car in for rear brakes and left driver side rear caliper. Was told caliper was fine even though I told them it was not. They did rear brakes and rotors. Had to return on 2/13/19 for them to fix said rear left side caliper as back brakes were bad and metal to metal. (Interesting) so I refused to pay for parts again and they replaced parts but charged me labor. Fast forward to 10 months later and I'm told I need back brake pad and rotors as they are metal on metal and left side rotor is badly rusted. You could image my surprise when the garage told me this and I saw with my own eyes. SO DISGUSTED with the service as I do not think my brakes were ever done properly. I believe I deserve a refund of this brake job parts and labor. I will never again go to that mavis or probably none of them at this point even though the one in Ballston Spa has treated me well. The brakes should never have to be replaced on the rear prior to a year of service and definitely shouldn't be metal to metal or have rusted rotors.
Please rectify this ASAP or I will involve my lawyer and take this further. This is not acceptable.
Thank you for your time and look forward to hearing from you.
