Mavis Discount Tire review: Manager

Tires not wearing correctly - called store where purchased - person at counter located car and tires using name, explained issue he said he would get manager - this guy mike (said he is manager) gets on phone all belligerent, I ask him if other gentleman explained issue - he said no give me plate - told him on call with work can you find info from gentleman - he put me on hold comes back asks for plate again - I then ask him to find record using last name - which is not common - he keeps asking for plate - tells me he can't look it up - when I told him other guy found it no problem - he starts giving me a song and dance that he can't look anything up using last name, etc... This guy is full of [censored]! I think they found him on street - no customer service skill set whatsoever - didn't even try - I will never go back to that store or mavis in general - I am also going to file a complaint anywhere I can in google - I will also let colleagues at work, friends and family in bethpage and hicksville - everyone - do not shop at mavis! Put in to have regional manager call me on issue - no call back so their crappy customer service skills seems to be up the chain of command - only way to get these companies to pay attention is to not do business with them - let's find companies that care about their reputations and dump these crappy companies like mavis!
