Mavis Discount Tire review: Inspection

I had an appointment made for 2 wks to get an inspection at the 201 E Taft Rd Mavis. N. Syracuse. Since I work in the medical field I only have certain times where I can do personal appointments. I showed up on time for my 10:00 appointment. I was told they had 6 cars ahead of me to call back at 1:00 to see if they have time to get me in. Since I live alone in Syracuse, I don't have anyone that can drop me off and then pick me up again, after they finish.
So, I called back and I was told come on in, they will get me in. I get there again, and I was told again there is an hour maybe more wait time. This is unacceptable since this is the only time I had to be able to get this inspection done, as I had prior arrangements for my only day off. This was very unprofessional. If an appointment was made it should have been priority. Instead I was pushed away not once but twice.
