Had a flat tire Monday morning Oct 14th took my car into Mavis tire around 11:30 pm because my tires are under warranty. It took six and half hours for them to "fix" my flat tire. Something that should have taken at most an hour. I had to spend 40 bucks in Uber and lyft charges to get to an appointment at 3 because the guy at the counter said there was no way he could get to it by then. I had no choice but to leave it. I get in my car this morning to come to work and the same tire that it took them 6 and half hours to fix, flat as a pancake. I would like my Uber fees refunded to me and for Mavis to honor their warranty and provide me with a new tire. I can provide receipts for the Uber and lyft and you can verify with the store what time I dropped off the car and what time they said it would be ready "right at close"
