Mate1.come-mails after service cancellation

On 11/20/09 I accepted a 3 day trial offer for the Mate1.com dating service. On 11/21/09 (10:56 PM) via E-mail I cancelled this offer. It is Thursday (11/26/09) and I'm still receiving E-mail from this company attempting to lure me into viewing replies knowing if I do this than thay may be able to charge me $49.95 per month for any reply. I no longer want E-mails or any other particpation in this service knowing it is probably going to rip-off myself or any other participant whom chooses to use it. Your assistance and comfirmation to resolve this issue will be deeply appreciated. Sincerely, Bill Kelly.

    i'm wanting to put a court case together to put an end to this site for ripping people off and get refunded the amount and then some for what they have ripped off from other people including myself and for fraudulently propatering as a respectable business when they aren't one, just need a lawyer and a coupl other people that have had their money taken by the site I'm not joking if no one has the balls to stand up to them then I will

    why is mate1 refusing to allow me access to the mate1 web site when 1. I am an already subscribed member, 2. I have been working with my local bank branch to prevent unauthorized charges to my account, 3. I get cut off by the Customer Specialist as soon as they come on line, 4. This has happened SIX TIMES ALREADY, in the space of just TEN MINUTES?? PLEASE straighten out this glitch right away, OKAY?? This is really intolerable, folks, ENOUGH ALREADY. SHEEEESH. You can verify the status of my account-- I show that I have more than enough money in my account to meet all my obligations, so there should be no problem. So, why this hangup?

    My complaint text says it all. I don't want another long dialogue with a new Specialist-- just fix the glitch so I can go about my business. Just fix the problem-- right away, if you don't mind.

    wish to close account not letting me been charged credit card amounts not agreed or autherisedby me one already taken for 34pounds others pending i signed up for 3 day trail and cant get off site also was told webcam for 5 pounds but charges pending for over 60pounds this isnot autherised and expect refunds how do u get contacted to sort this

    I do not want any more profile from mate 1com. Just not interrest program. I am not ready to date now. Just can not afford the program.

    I am paying for a service, and being denied access, saying I am not human. I am outraged at this behavior, on part of Mate 1. How dar they force me to participate in their survey. Not interested. If that be the case give me my money back.--John Touma

    Cannot get messages sent to me because of supposed tech. difficulties. Going on for 2 days now. Online ambassadors seem to be playing games, for what I do not know. I will be cancelling my service shortly and better not have problems with that as others are having. Seems to be nothing but a scam to get your credit card # and do monthly billing for bull service. Will be talking to legal council if this grap continues

    Huh I can check my messages just fine so I know its not the site itself. What are you using? I know mobile devices don't work all that well cause its not a site made for mobiles. Maybe try it on a different browser? IE9 the newest one has problems with some sites. Never had any problems with my billing there either. Good luck - their CS staff has always helped me with just a quick call or chat.
