Match.com charge my account with out my authorization not only they charge my account but they lie about the whole process to gain time.
This is dishonest company. I am requesting my refund of $80.97 for my account # [protected]. We did not renew any membership we contact them that we wish not to renew but they continue with the charges.
I talked to different representatives in asia and costa rica they are not helping at all.
You can verify this information no activity in the account.
Since we cancelled and the contact phone calls.

I contacted several times they told no problem wait until end of month I called as I was instructed they told sorry is charged SORRY BUT COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED YET
