Cannot stop this company (if you can even call it that) from sending me emails EVERY day with "matches" they have selected for me. I never even joined or paid them anything ! I was curious about Match.com and signed up for a FREE trial. Every day they send me emails with pictures of the creepiest looking men that I would never even think of talking to let alone date them! I have tried to stop these emails but it is absolutely impossible! They have no contact phone number and if I try to reply to the email to ask them to stop I am unable to, you can't reply to any email from them unless you click on the button to join Match.com. Someone please help ! These people must be stopped !
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have the same problem with match.com. I only created a profile and login then I couldn't get into the site at all as emails kept coming. I didn't subscribe at all but I can't even get into the site to cancel my information. I keep getting "untitled" when I try to login. This is not legit. Please help me get rid of this and stop the emails!
They have subscribed me to receive their emails using my blog/business email address and I can't unsubscribe from their emails as I don't have an account created using that email address. It's so F'ing annoying!
Despite numerous requests, this company keeps email me and my children. Nobody has ever had an account nor will they. They simply do not stop emailing. It is a nuisance and it's inappropriate.
That's not true there a scam outfit.
I can't log in to my account. Each time I want to they that my account has been blocked and to consult resolutions@support.match.com. just after opening the account.
I want to unsubscribe from all match.com, Match.com online and all Match of any kind. I have tried many times to unsubscribe but can't. They are using my image to get people to sign up. I get emails that 15 people have visited my site and would like to meet me. I shouldn't even have a site.
I am happy at the complaint I submitted, Now please please help me...
I just decided to take a look on match.com. Then I updated my email preferences multiple times the same way, for them to stop sending me match match emails. They won't stop. Very irritating.
Please unsubscribe my account from Match.com as I no longer can afford it.
There were no good quality people. The people that looked good in the photos and paper were only promotional members just to make you think that you are communicating with the right person. Its only a hook. The people that they matched you up with, did not want me in their profile, especially the age group. Overall very badly run and there is fraud with their decent looking people who are fake and don't exist.
Match is awful. I bought the service, but no girls ever replied to my messages (probably because they had hundreds in their inbox). I terminated my account, but they kept sending me emails. I clicked on a link in one (it wasn't a link to renew or anything), and it automatically charged my credit card again. They obviously did it on purpose, and I've heard other people have been ripped off this way by them before.
I dated a guy on match for close to a year. His profile name was tall guy 75. Ladies be aware this person is married and also lies about his age. Its sad but this site is full of men with untruthful profiles. His sounded and looked so amazing. If it looks too good to be true it probably is.
Do not sign up and/or pay for a subscription to this website ! I paid for it and now cannot even access my own profile. Their Customer Service is purely an automated response, e.g. "Please clear your browser cache." etc. I have so far submitted 3 queries on the same issue and received no response whatsoever. Don't bother with this service and move on.
I was charged for an additional 6 months for Match.com without my consent. I wanted to be asked if I wished to renew. Now my account is locked.
Match.com wanted me to sign up for 6 mos.for $69.99, I thought thats not bad, Then I received my statement they had taken $119.99! I contacted them to cancel my acct, because of their devious practices, they have consistently ignored me! I want my money back into my credit acct.!
A warning about match.com. They are based in Moroco and outside ot EU jurisdication. All their adverts are fraudulent and misleading and they simply ignore customer complaints. Avoid these cowboys at all costs.
My account was canceled after what was explained to me as suspicious activity, however the customer rep was very rude and did not help me get to the bottom of my problem at all. I was given an email address for complaints to contact and here I am now...NO assistance. This practice is unprofessional and I would like it addressed immediately.
This is the biggest ripoff most of the people on there have a discontinued profile, they just keep them up to lure you in. When you try to contact these people they never access the email they no longer are on the service. Then they just keep your money.
Why is a profile left on Match.com after someone cancel the account?
I lost a relationship tonight because my old profile is still on Match. I cant get anyone to help me.
I did not paid for the account I simple changed my mind. but now I have lost a relationship because she thinks I'm still oon there looking for other woman.
If you cancel the account or change your mind why would a profile be left on there?
If you sign up with match.com for 1 month your subscription will automatically get renewed every month without any notification. Money will be taken directly from your account without your permission. The consumer should be protected from companies that deliberately set out to deceive the consumer in order to make more money.
enrolled with match.com for on line dating service. unable to access emails as show my account, password etc etc not valid though everything was done and confirmed. I have put a stop on the charge with American Express pending an investigation. Please advise.
I signed up and paid for match.com for 6 months. I did this a month ago. I met a man who came to my house and saw my username and password sitting on my desk and took it upon himself to cancel my membership. Needless to say it didn't work out with him and I would appreciate it if I could get my match.com turned back on to complete my time that I paid for.

IT'S NOT FREE. THERE ARE HIDDEN RULES TO THIS MATCH GAME THAT THEY DON'T TELL UP FRONT WHEN YOU SIGN UP OR EVEN AFTER YOU SIGN UP. BUT STILL THERE ARE RULES AND IT'S YOUR RESPONSABLITILY TO SEEK THEM OUT.

Match.com doesn't answer e-mails, won't post pictures as instructed and are no longer providing any customer service. You can't reach anyone by e-mail as my e-mail after e-mail went unanswered. After at least 10 ten tries to get them to post the correct pictures, I canceled my membership by informing my VISA I wasn't going to pay match.com's charge. What a waste of my time and energy. Never again match.com!
There were two unauthorized charges on my credit card from this company. One was for sign up to subscribe for match making and second one was the monthly recurring charge to keep up the account. Fortunately we caught it and told them to refund it. But they would not reveal who created the account and they sounded like this happens very common with their company.

Keep recieving e-mails (2 to 3 a day) claiming to be from match.com and claiming to have great deals. Thought I Unscribed a couple years ago do to scams and no responces. They also scam me on a six months garrentee or the next six months free.
Started getting unsolicited emails from Match.com based on a fraudulent entry by an unknown party. Match.com has not responded. As far as I'm concerned, they are a SPAM-producing company.
When I attempt to login the site saends a message that there is a problem with my account and to contact resolution@support.com
I purchased a profile/account with Match.com and after one week I am unable to access my account although my credit card was charged. I am disstaisfied at this point with the service and would like a refund.
Seniors beware. Match.com / SuccessfulMatch.com and Senior Match.com are all scams if you are really serious about finding a mate. There are GLITCHES in their system and their customer service people who monitor the system just do not care. They just want your money. Do not waste your money on this website.
I have signed up for a 3 months membership. A week later I filled out a form not to be automatically renewed, at that point my membership was cancelled and I cannot log in into my account. Match.com still owes me a 3 months membership fee.

The six month guarantee marketed by match.com is a scam and false advertising. The criteria is never made obvious. when you can to complain the offer you a discount on a renewal. Do I here class action. They need to be stopped.

I went on the website match.com for 3 days and despided it and they put 3 months on
my credit card for 68.00 and i want a credit back! I think it is dispickable that they
are able to get away with that! I have written 3 emails to them with no response. Next
step is my attorney(brother).
