Match.com review: Support is horrible!

Account was active, then suddenly on Sept 3rd, their login screen demanded that I change my password before allowing access. Said use the forgot password link, I submit and it says it sends an email with link which never arrives. I used mutiple devices, latest versions of several browsers, no blocked addresses, and all their normail emails come through fine. All they did for weeks was send stock responses which were worthless. Almost two monts and i can not even log on to deactivate my account. No, I was not banned or restricted, always very polite and courteous. Their support is absolutely the worst in the business.
