Have used for months, suddenly their system INSISTS I create a new password and use the FORGOT Password option. I do. I enter my email and hit submit, The email it says it is sending NEVER arrives. They send me the stock email response and I have done all MULTIPLE TIMES. I have emtied my spam and trash folders, it is not there. I have used two different browsers latest versions, identical behavior, I have used both my laptop and Android phone which were working fine before they forced this password change. All their support emails come through just fine, Just NONE from their reset password option. They do NOT RESPOND and I have been locked out for a week and they could care less.

Recommendation: Don't bother. If you run into issues THEY CREATE, they will never help you get it resolved.

Their site demands I change my password, yet it never sends the email link it promises to be able to reset. I have tried multiple browsers, laptop and phone, all was working fine until their system said I needed to change my password. Their support is HORRIBLE. They do nothing but send stock emails and NEVER try to actually solve the problem. They have stolen my money as I can not log into my account.
