Match.com review: Profile compromised and I was cancelled with no refund

I informed customer service that my account had been compromised. I submitted a complaint in writing to customer service at Match.com.
They then cancelled me and have not issued me a refund.
Match.com does not protect their subscribers from being hacked by scammers, and then they treat the subscribed like he was the problem.
They are awful, untrustworthy, and incompetent.
