Match.com review: Match used to be a great dating site but they have screwed it up so bad that 1 star is way to good for this dating app.

I have used this dating site in the past and found it to be pretty good but it now is the worst site available. I was completely ripped off as I paid the extra money to get Platinum and I have no more benefits then does a no paying member.

There is no longer a phone number and the e-mail is pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. My profile will not let me message women, yes that right I cannot message women and I am a paid member. I reach out and have had a response from 17 different staff members and not one of them gives a [censored]. They almost laugh at me.

I paid and I just want the site to work but they could care less. Zero help

I beg you to not waste a nickel on this pathetic site, it worked way better as a free member. I have been completely ripped off and not one person even cares enough to try and help. Shame on you pathetic losers to take my money and then not even help me out.
