Signed up to a 6 months trial at £4.99 a month this auto renewed at £9.99 a month. Attempted to cancel through my bank who sent me to match attempted to cancel through match they sent me to my bank. You have created barriers to cancelling subscriptions and I want my DD stopped and a refund for monies taken that were not agreed to. Not had one date

Desired outcome: Refund for monies taken not agreed to a renewal. Although no doubt I missed some small print somewhere that makes this allowable!!
