Marshalls review: "we dont cater to area" — response I got when asking where hanukkah things are

I went to the Ballwin MO store looking for Hanukkah things - the store had nothing for us Jewish people, so I asked the manager working there where was the Hanukkah things, He folded his hands softly saying "We dont cater to that". So when did Marshalls become Antisemitic? Am I the only Jewish person in Ballwin I asked? I was totally baffled. He said I would have to the Creve Coeur store for Hanukkah things. So today I went to that store - once again I found a small selection nothing I wanted. I was looking for the Gnome Menorah - so I asked the check out lady and she said " Corporate said we could not sell those Menorahs or any Menorah we had to sent them back. Here is my question, WHY? Im so confused - I will let my Jewish group know to stay away from your store. Had no idea you would not sell to the Jewish Community.

Can you please explain why to me?
