On 7/21/26 around noon I shopped at the Marshalls in Commmack, NY, where I have been shopping for the past 30 years without any incident, when I noticed an elderly woman employee very busy chatting with her friend, afterwards this same employee began to follow me around the store with an agenda. She saw me holding a package, I was trying to decide if I need it or not, and she said: "U r not suppose to open the packages", I had no idea what she was talking about, so I assumed that she was just plain rude, I responded, that it must it been open already, if it was somehow open, She responded:" That doesn't matter, u r not suppose to open it again". I told her to stop harassing me, shockingly the store manager was nearby, but did not say anything to her
Claimed loss: I was visibly shaking all day
Desired outcome: An apology and a gift card, which I'll use in a different location

You are NOT entitled to a gift card. If you cannot afford something, do without it. You sound PATHETIC begging for a gift card so you can get things with it that you cannot afford. Also, you are not a "loyal customer" if you allow ONE BAD INCIDENT to deter you from returning. Also, the math does not add up. How can you be a customer for thirty years if you are only six years old? Or is six the age you act?
