Marshalls review: Loss/theft Investigation

I was shopping at Marshall's last Saturday, 4/15/2023 between 3:30-4:30 PM PST. I came in the store with a 3.5 carat diamond tennis bracelet on my wrist. I tried on clothes and purchased $118 dollars with of clothing and I proceeded to leave. About 10 mins. after leaving the store as I'm driving down the street, I realized my bracelet was gone and I know it had to have fallen off my wrist in the dressing room. I called the store immediately and they said the staff looked in the dressing room and didn't see anything. I then turned around and went back to the store and started looking myself. I left me my name and phone number and offered a $250 reward for my bracelet. It was gift from my husband and I was devastated. I called the store back later and still nothing. I contacted the local police and I want to file a full investigation and for the cameras to be reviewed of my shopping experience from the time of me entering the dressing room and after. I looked in the sleeves of the clothes I tried on and purchased and it was not there. I'm hopeful that this can be carefully dealt with before I move forward with my police report.
