I could not find the bacon. I went to custom service asking are they substituting. I was told that MB does not substitute and she made a call. Someone would meet me. I was given a smithfield bacon, but it was 12 oz not 16 oz. I was told that they are not responsible for type errors. How was I to know this was a typo error - where was the sign? They rested on doing nothing. As the customer how was I to know they ordered the wrong item. They should have put up a sign stating the error.
