Makro Online review: customer service

I went to go purchase ink for my Conan printer together with a fe clothing items. I asked my daughter to get a trolley that was standing in the middle of nowhere. As she took the Tolley a very rude employee behind the till said to her in a rude manner, that is another customer's trolley but they way she said it was un appropriate. My daughter got such a fright so I walked up to her and said there is a way to speak to people and she verbally attacked me together with her other workers. They refused to help me any of them in that department and they were all staring at us trying tk make us feel u comfortable. I'm sure cctv surveillance will pick it up. Then I went to the other till as there is 2 for under 10 items and obviosuly I got Terrible service as it's her colleagues friend and I was busy looking for my Marko card and she carried on helping the person behind me but kept looking at what my reaction will be. I will never as well as my family after being years of cursomers come there again. Unprofessional staff, they all stand around and don't assist you. Goodbye makro u are loosing a lot of customers I see.
