I booked a bus ticket from Chennai to Aruppukottai on 02 Oct 2025 with Shri Bhagiyalakshimi Travels (MAARA) – A/c Seater Sleeper.
However, the payment failed, and although the trip was cancelled with “Refund Processed” status, I have not yet received the refund even after 5 days.This refund delay is causing inconvenience since I urgently need to book another bus for the same route.
Please process my refund immediately.
