I bought a camper from Make it Happen Auto Sales & Repair Inc. Josh and Gilbert said they checked it out, but it had mold and water damage. We spent lots of money to fix it, but it didn't work. We wanted to sell it back, but Josh said no because the beds were gone and we painted it because the old owners smoked and the beds had mold.

I used Make It Happen Auto Sales & Repair Inc. to fix my 1999 Lexus RX300's wheel bearings and replace the 02 sensors that caused the engine light to come on. They didn't replace the sensors, but cleaned them instead to save money. Unfortunately, the check engine light came back on and the motor blew. We returned to the same shop and bought an engine that A.J. recommended. I asked him to replace the sensors, and he said he would. They picked up the car today, and after ten minutes, the engine light came back on, and it's making knocking noises. They called A.J., who said they thought about replacing the sensors but didn't. He also said the check engine light wasn't a big deal. We want justice.

I had my 1980 Chevy Camaro at Make it Happen Auto repair shop for 6 months (from early Nov 2020 to April 2022). Every time I checked on my vehicle, they had an excuse for why it wasn't ready. They even asked me how to work on it! After all that time, they damaged my car. The roof was dented, the ignition lock was broken, and the hood wasn't aligned, which chipped the paint on the nose of my car. The paint on the driver's side door jamb was also chipped. When I drove it home, it overheated because they didn't listen to my instructions. The owner, Aj, said he would fix the lock but didn't. When I told him about the damage to the roof, he denied it happened at his shop. The control arm bushing wasn't pressed in correctly, and Charles, his employee, said that was the best he could do. I have pictures of my car before and after bringing it to Make it Happen Auto. I want my car repaired at a different facility, and I told Aj I would have it verified by another shop. Stay away from these people!

I had a truck break down and had it towed to Make It Happen Auto Sales & Repair Inc. They said it needed a new transmission, so they fixed it. Two months later, the transmission went out again. On May 18, I paid almost $1800 for a used transmission from Make It Happen Auto. The bottom of the invoice they gave me had warranty info, and it said that all parts are new unless otherwise stated. Parts and labor have a minimum limited guarantee for 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. So, if this is the warranty, then why did my transmission go out again on July 23, and they said it would cost me almost $800 more to fix it? Only two months after I just paid almost $1800 to fix it the first time. Someone who works there told me the reason why I had to pay more was because the transmission was used and the warranty did not cover the cost of labor. But if you read the warranty, it says nothing about new or used. He says it does, but I have to ask where. The bottom line is that I went there with a truck on a flatbed tow truck with a transmission problem. And here it is two months later, and my truck is leaving there on a flatbed tow truck with transmission problems. I still can't drive my truck, and I have to go to another shop and pay for another transmission to be installed on my truck. So, here's what happened: AJ buys a used transmission from his vendor, but the trans he buys is no good. So, because he was sold a bad trans, he felt the need to charge me for the labor to replace it, not the guy he bought the bad trans from. Not me, the customer. Here I am with no truck, no way to get to work, totally inconvenienced for a whole week, and this guy wants me to pay. I think I paid enough. A lot more happened when I was there. The police were called. I can't say anymore about that because there's an ongoing investigation. Well, as you can see, I'm not much of a typer, so I will close with this: I'm not happy, and Make It Happen Auto Sales & Repair Inc. did not make it happen for me.

I took my van to Make It Happen Auto Sales & Repair Inc. on [protected] because my check engine light was on and my battery wasn't charging. They said it would take an hour to diagnose and I agreed to pay up to $300. When I picked up my van on 5-30, I paid $404.29 but the check engine light was still on and the voltage meter was reading too high. They told me to bring it back on Monday and they would fix it. When I did, I found out they had cut wires and added external parts without my consent. They also added wires to my battery that caused it to overflow with acid. They claimed they added a voltage regulator, but it turned out to be a starter relay that was already working. After many excuses and delays, they added yet another part and external voltage regulator and ran more wires to my ecu. All the damage they caused and downtime they caused was unacceptable. I complained to the state and they claimed I cut the wires and gave them permission to damage my van, which is not true. I paid them more than what an ecm would have cost and my coach battery still isn't working properly. I do not recommend this shop.
