I went to Jensen Tire & Auto on February 28, 2022 to get an oil change for my 09 ***. I dropped off my car around 10:30-11am and picked it up less than half an hour later. However, as soon as I started driving, I noticed a burning smell and my car was shaking erratically. I immediately took my car back to Jensen because they were the last ones to work on it.

The manager, Garrett, told me that a brake hose had broken on one side and I asked them to repair it. He promised me that he wouldn't charge me for labor. However, he left before the service was completed and didn't tell his staff about the promise he made to me. They called him and he said to charge me for one side of labor. The bill ended up being $***, which was charged to my credit card.

I'm asking for a credit of $*** because that's the amount Garrett promised not to charge me. Despite this issue, I have to say that *** did a great job on my brakes and rotors.

I had a problem with my car not starting, so I took it to Jensen Tire & Auto for a tune up. They had my car for a whole month and couldn't fix it. They refused to give me a refund for the work they did on 2/11 (invoice #***) even though I paid $***. Later, I took my car in for an oil change and Jensen recommended that I get the performance package. After they finished, my car still wouldn't start. I took it back to Jensen and they said I needed a tune up. I got the tune up done on 2/20 and my car ran fine for a day, but then it cut out that evening. I took it back to Jensen a couple of days later and they did a bunch of other work that wasn't even the problem with the car. On 3/17, they still couldn't fix it! I finally took it to the dealership on 4/5 and they said that Jensen didn't even do the tune up on the car. The parts were old and not replaced. I called Jensen and spoke with Garet *** and Daniel *** and they said they wouldn't refund me for the tune up because I didn't bring the car back to them. But they didn't fix the car the first time, which is why I had to take it to the dealership! I paid a total of $*** for the tune up on 2/20 (invoice #***).

I went to Jensen Tire on Oct 16 cuz I had a screw in my tire and just wanted a patch. They said I needed a new tire instead, so I got one. But 2 days later, my car was shaking so bad I had to park it and wait for my mechanic. They told me my lug nuts were loose on the new tire! I called Jensen and they offered a free alignment, but I also called corporate for my money back. After the alignment, my car wasn't driving straight at all! I was scared! I called Jensen and talked to Jason, but he said to bring it in. I took it to my mechanic instead and he said it was the alignment. He also said Jensen talked bad about me when he called. My mechanic sent it somewhere else to get it aligned. I called Jay at corporate and he was mad, saying he's not paying for someone else to fix it. I told him they messed up twice and it's serious cuz I could have been killed with loose lug nuts! I'm scared to go back there again!

I picked up the truck, the work had been done but I was charged for both sides. When I asked Hal about it, he said he couldn't remember which side it was and just did both. This seems like a lazy and dishonest way to handle the situation. Overall, I'm disappointed with the service I received this week and am unsure if I can trust this location in the future.

I paid almost $*** bucks to fix my heat and AC, but they still don't work. I took my car to Jensen on *** to get an estimate for the repair. The heat only worked on the left side, and the AC didn't work at all. When they gave it back to me, neither worked. I took it back two more times, and still no heat and no AC. I complained to the GM, Jay, and he sent me to Sean at the *** location. Sean said the other shop put in broken parts, shorted out my electric door panel, and never bolted in my HVAC box, which fell out while I was driving. They had my car five times for a week each time. I told Jay I wanted a refund, but he said I had to get in touch with Sean and have him verify it doesn't work. My husband went up today in negative temps, and Sean sat in it, but there was still no heat. Sean started yelling at my husband and said he was calling Jay. They want me to give it to them again to see what's wrong, but I said I was done with them. They broke my electric panel, blew all the heat in my car, and jammed up my shifter, which they fixed but acted like it was a favor. I want a full refund mailed to me so I can get my car fixed correctly. This has been a huge inconvenience, and they need to make good on their promise to refund the money. It's freezing out, and I spent a lot of money for five months of headaches. I have pictures and documents of each thing they supposedly repaired. I will bring it to another location to see if that was all a lie too. I bet they used broken parts.
