They didn't do a good job tightening the bolts on the back brakes. Both of them are missing, and now the rotors are messed up and the pads are completely worn out. It's really bad! No one is picking up the phone or responding to my emails! Now I have to pay $500 to fix everything. The mechanic told me it could have been even worse if the wheel got damaged or brake fluid leaked. I should have trusted my instincts when the NuBrakes guy came to my house and said, "Oh, I don't work on Audis, they're too complicated," and just left! But then his manager called him and made him come back to do the job. It was so strange.

I got my brakes fixed by them in May 2022, got new rotors and brake pads with a 2-year/24,000 mile warranty. But in early March 2023, the brakes started acting weird. I tried to get a quote when I realized I was just about *** miles under the 24k limit. I contacted them, filled out a warranty claim, only to be told that if I drive more than *** miles in a year, it's excessive wear and tear. This is Texas, a big state, with commuting and family life. So I drove for fewer years and fewer miles, only for them to deny a warranty replacement because of wear and tear. It seems unfair and shady, and I'll warn anyone dealing with them in the future.

Some weeks ago, I had NuBrakes come check a wheel on my car that was squealing when I applied the brakes. I was told by their office that if the problem was not fixed, the $79 service charge I paid would be applied to them coming back and actually fixing the problem. The technician cleaned the brake components and upon driving it for a test drive, the squeal appeared to be gone. After a few hours of sitting in the driveway, when my vehicle was driven the squeal had returned. The next day I texted the technician, who said he would have to talk to the office. I also texted someone in their office who texted back that they would talk to the technician and get back to me within two days. A week went by without hearing from anyone. I emailed them and asked about when they were going to address the brake issue on my car. I got a response from a customer service agent who apologized and said they would talk to my technician and get back to me. I have not heard from them in almost 2 weeks since that email correspondence.

I got my front brakes and rotors changed on 3/30/2022. But the problem didn't go away, so I had to schedule another appointment with the warranty department. The second appointment was on 05/17/2022, but the issue still wasn't fixed. Then, on 6/27/2022, I had my third appointment. They said they changed the brakes and rotors each time, but the technician told me that the problem was more serious and I should take it to the dealership.

On 10/16, I had the same company come and service my 2019 maxima. The technician said he would replace the front brakes and rotors. Now both of my vehicles are in the shop for repairs. When I took my 2014 Jeep to the dealership, they told me that there's no way my rotors were ever replaced. Currently, my 2019 maxima is getting the front brakes and rotors replaced. This has cost me a lot of money, and I'm really angry about it.

They only offered me a refund of $198.66, which is just for the rotors on the Jeep. For my maxima, all they keep offering is a replacement with warranty. I would be stupid to let this company touch my vehicles again. I'm extremely upset, and I will never recommend this company to anyone.

This company, NuBrakes Mobile Brake Repair Service, is a complete disaster! I'm telling you, stay away! They installed brakes for me on 2/17, but just a few weeks later on March 4, I had to call them back because my brakes were making all sorts of terrible noises. They were rubbing, burning, and squeaking like crazy. They told me I needed new brake pads and rotors, so I paid for the rotors, but luckily the brake pads were covered under warranty.

Then, on 6/2, the front brakes started acting up again. I had to call them out once more, and they replaced the front brake pads. And can you believe it? On 12/14, the technician and the customer service rep I spoke with admitted that they might have given me bad brake pads. Can you imagine the danger they put me and my kids in? It's just unacceptable!

I tried to contact them a week ago, leaving a message and sending a text, but guess what? No response! So today, I had to call and pretend to be a new customer just to talk to a real person. Why? Because my brakes are acting up again! And to make matters worse, they had the nerve to text me saying that my warranty has expired because the last time I got them done was 5/31. That's a lie! It was in December! They completely skipped a whole service. This company is a bunch of frauds! Their work is shoddy, and they use low-quality parts when fixing vehicles. I wouldn't even recommend them to my dog.

On August 7th, 2022, I had NuBrakes come and fix my brake pads and rotors. They came back on August 10th, 2022, to replace my front left caliper. After a few weeks, my car started acting strange, but I didn't think it was because of the brakes since they were all brand new. However, on November 14th, 2022, after *** inspected my brakes, they found out that the brake line was pinched from the previous business.

I called NuBrakes on November 1st, 2022, before getting a further inspection from a different company, based on my previous experience with my car. I wanted to take advantage of the warranty on all the parts, but unfortunately, the business was closed. The person I spoke to at NuBrakes said they would refund or pay for the brakes to be replaced. Later, on November 16th, 2022, I called NuBrakes again to ask if I should inform *** about the situation when I bring my car in. The representative said she would talk to her supervisor and call me back, but I never received a call back. Despite this, I still had my car fixed.

*** contacted my mother, who brought my car in for inspection on Monday, November 14th, 2022, and informed her that they were waiting for NuBrakes to respond. Then, I received a text from a NuBrakes representative saying they were working on resolving the issue, but later received another text saying they couldn't pay for my car.

On November 17th, 2022, after finishing work, I called NuBrakes hoping to get some answers. However, I was told that I would receive a call back, but I never did.
