I tried accessing one of my mail.com accounts recently and couldn't upon changing the password again I couldn't. I contacted them and they told me my account was deactivated due to the lack of activity which is nonsense. After arguing the point with them, they then said I had cancelled the account which again was nonsense. Eventually I received the following response, which is completely dismissive. It doesn't and won't end there as I intend to take this beyond their rude customer service department. Dear mail.com Member, Thank you for your message and your feedback! Please be reassured that we take the security of our members accounts seriously. Nevertheless, there is nothing we can do to reactivated the account. We are closing this ticket as resolved but if you have any questions in the future please don't hesitate to contact us and we are glad to assist. With kind regards, Your mail.com Support Team
