GetResponse Disappointing Experience with Email Marketing Software: Limited Support & Frustrating Interface

out and the interface is confusing. I had a lot of trouble getting my email campaigns set up and their analytics are hard to understand. I also had issues with some of my emails going to spam folders and when I reached out to customer service, I didn't get much help. They seemed like they didn't care about my problems and just wanted me to figure it out on my own. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this program to anyone who is new to email marketing or needs a lot of guidance. There are better options out there.

GetResponse GetResponse Review: Don't Waste Your Time or Inbox Space with This Spammy and Confusing Platform

website. They always be sending emails without permission, like they think they got a right to my inbox. Ain't nobody got time for that spammy mess. Plus, it ain't even that easy to use. The dang interface is all confusing and the templates are whack. I had a whole big issue trying to cancel my account too. Ain't nothing but a buncha money hungry scammers. You better off sending carrier pigeons than messing with GetResponse. Trust me, you don't want that headache.

GetResponse GetResponse Review: Great Features, Poor Customer Support

I've been using GetResponse for more than four years now, and I gotta say, I'm feeling a bit let down. Their customer service ain't what it used to be, if you catch my drift. These days, it seems like they're all about automation and canned responses, and they don't have time for us real, live humans who need some help.

And don't even get me started on their Compliance Department. Let me tell you, they're the worst of the bunch. They'll reject your list faster than a jellyfish sting, and they won't even give you the time of day when they do it. No live support? No second chances? Puh-lease.

Now don't get me wrong, there's still some things I like about GetResponse. Their drag-and-drop editor is pretty slick, and I've had some decent conversions using their automation tools. But it's hard to stay loyal to a company that doesn't seem to care about its customers anymore.

I mean, I get it. They're big, they're busy, and they've got a business to run. But geez Louise, can't they spare a little time for the folks who've been using their service for years?

In conclusion, if you're thinking about signing up for GetResponse, tread with caution. The features are great, but the customer support ain't what it used to be. And if you're looking for hands-on help with your lists, you might want to look elsewhere.

GetResponse GetResponse Review: Shady Pricing and No Refunds? Stay Clear!

So, I was looking for an email marketing platform and came across GetResponse. I wasn't aware that the pricing showing was in USD! I signed up and then tried to cancel my account right away but, darn, they don't give refunds! I searched for their terms of service, but it was never shown to me. Wow, is this really how they do business? That's some crappy customer service and seems like they're running a scam!

If I were you, I'd steer clear of GetResponse. There are loads of other email marketing platforms you can use instead. It's not worth the risk of getting overcharged and then stuck with it.
