We bought a refrigerator from lulu in september 2016. Within the warranty period itself the refrigerator had some cooling issues. So we went to lulu and complained to the same rep who got our complaint registered and arranged the service agent to get it rectified. The issue was with the motherboard. Refrigertaor failure within months of purchase itself is not a good sign and we had to suffer a lot. We trusted the lulu sales rep who was boosting the product and highlighting all the good qualities which we have not yet experienced. What we experience is a failed brand with lot of complaints and cooling problems. Now again, not even completed two years of purchase back to same cooling complaint. This time we called the service agent which came after few days of complaint registration and collected 105 aed as service charge. After follow up on the complaint and request for a standby, three days later came again to collect the fridge, now claiming 785 aed for motherboard, filter and gas filling which we are not sure and worth noting that 10 years compressor warranty is still valid. I guess I should have gone to an electronics shop and not to lulu for a purchase like this who tried to sell failed brands because of which consumer like us have to suffer that too in this drastic climate. I hope you guys sell the product genuinely because consumer like us trust lulu brand hence believe in what your agents say. Now i understand after reviews in google that this model is failed model and even though everyone is aware of this, we are still charged a huge amount like this. I seriously believe lulu being a customer focused company will look into this and help us to get out of this chaos situation. Refer attached purchase receipt.
