LuLu Hypermarket eggs

We had purchased a crate of 30 eggs of Al Bustan Farms, last week from Lulu Hypermarket Qusais. The expiry date is shown as November in eggs. Two days back I opened the pack for taking eggs and got a foul smell. Still I opened the packet and what I found was worms crawling over the eggs (find atached the video). Most of the eggs are rotten I suppose.
Being a regular customer of lulu especially Lulu Hyper Qusais since we came to dxb, this was a shocking experience and thought of sharing with you.
Hope you take up this issue with utmost seriousness as this is not expected from a well-known retail like Lulu. Lot of us do our grocery shopping only from lulu because of the trust we have on the quality, service and brands of Lulu.

LuLu Hypermarket product

I visited Lulu hypermarket in Al barsha today i.e. 15.09.2018, I purchased groceries and while paying at the counter I asked for du recharge card...she told me min is 25aed, I accepted and asked her for the benefits with it she said I dunno madam I came home and tried recharging with that card number but it says the card number is already redeemed!that is not good on their part. She didn't even respond properly!

LuLu Hypermarket mobile service issue

I buy phone from lulu market after some time mobile heating so I submitted for service they took 20 days.yuuuu
Than after the service mrdddrrdttobstile phone working but they miss my sim tray how come my sim tray missing before submitted they checked all.
So how they are not resolving my issue I need your support regarding this.

LuLu Hypermarket rinnai gas stove

Dear sir, I gave my Rinnai gas stove to lulu madinat zayed Abudhabi for service, because it was not working and it was under warranty.They told they give it back within 2 weeks but they gave it back after 25 days, And it's not functioning still.they didn't work on that. I already called rinnai's executive, but they are not ready to help.now we need a solution immediately and we are not willing to wait any more because we have only one gas stove and it's not working since 1 month, and also when we send our stove to the service center 1burner was working and only one burner had problem now we got it back after 25 with both of the burners have problem, is this way they treat us?

LuLu Hypermarket staff behaviour

I am a regular customer in in Mazyad mall LULU hypermarker. Today we experienced a bad attitude from a philipino lady staff who was there in gents garments section (shirt and trouser section) in first floor at 10.35 pm on 24/08/2018. I tried a shirt but that was not suitable size, so i replaced the same from where i took.Then again selected a suitable sized shirt from nearby place. She was instructed to me "try that shirt by standing on that corner" " you already tried one ". Then she was shouting loudly to other sales man that "he already tried once with other shirt and again he is trying with a new shirt". Then i told her i need to try only in the gents fitting room.

I was insulted with her rude behaviour in public. That was one of the bitter experience in my life. To avoid public fight with staffs kindly control and teach sales girls to behave properly.

LuLu Hypermarket lg washing machine

I am a permanent buyer at the Lulu Hypermarket Group. I have an LG washing machine under warranty. I got a malfunction. I spoke with an employee at Lulu Hypermarket. I told him I was wrong to bring a washing machine maintenance officer. I sent him product information through the computer. The service was very disliked and I was really shocked by the global hypermarket, so they deal with me in the simplest problem

I have conversations that prove my words across the watsp and I am very disturbed by this service as a permanent buyer. Please solve this problem soon.

LuLu Hypermarket lost of cash voucher aed 268

Dear Sir/Madam,

Yesterday (11.08.2018), I been to LULU Hypermarket at Al Qusais to purchase an ilife tab for my kid, I have made the bill and given the tab box to the shop keeper to check the condition, and we found that the device's screen was scratched in brand new condition so i got dissatisfied about the product and one shopkeeper named Christine(Philippine) directed me to the customer service and they gave a voucher of an amount of AED 268. Then me and my family spend another 1.5 hours inside the shop to purchase some other stuffs but at the time of checkout we found that our voucher is been lost from my pocket.

As well i explained the situation to the branch manager and he told that he cant replace the voucher again and it means that my money is been gone for nothing.

From last 7 years we used to purchase all goods from Lulu only, Still i have trust in Lulu team that they can sout out the issue and they will provide my cash/voucher back.

AED 268 is a big money for us. So i kindly request to do the needful as soon as possible and kindly note that the exchange of the tab was happen only due to the default damage.

LuLu Hypermarket regarding a product purchased from lulu

We bought a refrigerator from lulu in september 2016. Within the warranty period itself the refrigerator had some cooling issues. So we went to lulu and complained to the same rep who got our complaint registered and arranged the service agent to get it rectified. The issue was with the motherboard. Refrigertaor failure within months of purchase itself is not a good sign and we had to suffer a lot. We trusted the lulu sales rep who was boosting the product and highlighting all the good qualities which we have not yet experienced. What we experience is a failed brand with lot of complaints and cooling problems. Now again, not even completed two years of purchase back to same cooling complaint. This time we called the service agent which came after few days of complaint registration and collected 105 aed as service charge. After follow up on the complaint and request for a standby, three days later came again to collect the fridge, now claiming 785 aed for motherboard, filter and gas filling which we are not sure and worth noting that 10 years compressor warranty is still valid. I guess I should have gone to an electronics shop and not to lulu for a purchase like this who tried to sell failed brands because of which consumer like us have to suffer that too in this drastic climate. I hope you guys sell the product genuinely because consumer like us trust lulu brand hence believe in what your agents say. Now i understand after reviews in google that this model is failed model and even though everyone is aware of this, we are still charged a huge amount like this. I seriously believe lulu being a customer focused company will look into this and help us to get out of this chaos situation. Refer attached purchase receipt.

LuLu Hypermarket lulu kuwait (salmiya branch)

Lulu salmiya branch is selling products after contamination also,

1st issue in Feb, 2018, couple of vegetables had fungus growth, and when we tried to return next day. they did not accept the return saying storing condition is bad after purchase. ( how can a frozen vegetable develop pack full of fungus overnight)

2nd time, may 2018, there was frozen vegetable pack opened and packed with plaster (scotch tape). When tried to return, they didnt accept as the branch manager argued that after purchase we repacked it. ridiculous customer service manager.

3rd time, peanuts with worms, they have all sought of reasons not to accept the return

LuLu Hypermarket customer service

I'm a great fan of lulu . I've introduced many of my French and British friends in Riyadh and at times they even call me lulu brand ambassador. I'm totally upset with the service you provide in the check out the Saudi guys are lousy and ladies in the clothes check out us lazy to the core and unprofessional. I visited your 150 th lulu on Inauguration Day itself . We luv lulu and since I'm a mallu really proud to promote lulu since it's owned by Mr Yousef Ali . The Saudiasation has its toll I understand but I believe there should be minimum courtesy observed. The Saudi guys make u wait and they chat with fellow cashiers as though time is no issue . The women in Khurais and Murabba are totally lazy and unprofessional . I just purchased some clothes she messed up the salwar set to chk price tag she was so stupid I had to tell her while she opened the second set where to look for it . Then the worst part is she didn't bother to fold or place it in a bag. It was a very relaxed day no rush and she was just lazy . I'm really disappointed at this I wish you train your staff like the smart mallu guys you have in all shops I believe they are handpicked by Mr Yousef Ali . Today I've to mention the efficiency of our mallu guys too . I met one sales guy to get the Philip mixi part andhe was kind enough to provide the tel no of the concerned guy . Real shame we have to deal with inefficient Saudi guys truly lulu shopping experience is turning sour for me . I wish MR Yousef Ali reads this too . In the pic I folded the peach salwar the other one is as is .

LuLu Hypermarket roasted lemon chicken

I purshaed yesterday evening a roasted chicken from lulu al mamoura (at the Y tower) and it was a part of my dinner with my wife... suddenly we are having both stomach pain and it seems the chiken might have something old or there s something strange with it.
We decided to go to hospital if the pain persists and if the stomach problem is linked with the chicken we purchased then we will have to inform the concerned health authority and the customer protection service

LuLu Hypermarket ac - white westinghouse

Yesterday I purchased a split AC from Lulu hypermarket, D ring road. The sales guy made my mind to buy this AC. It is delivered Today and installed from Mannai trading . At the time of installation when they started it I told them it's not cooling they said wait for 2or 3 hrs . Now it's been 8hrs the AC is on but the room is not cold the cooling is less then a room coolar. I don't want this AC please take it back. And give me my money back. Its a pathetic product at half of the night I am so much frustrated that I have to complain about this. Please take this back and return my money. My invoice no is 297096.

LuLu Hypermarket bad services...

Dear Person-In Charge,

In reference to the purchase order No.01846 delivery was initially arranged on Tuesday (26/6/2018) 3 - 5PM with instructions to call us before coming for delivery as we are working and had to take half day leave.

However on Tuesday there was still no call and i had to go directly to your office during lunch time to clarify the delivery which was confirmed to be 3-5PM. Hence we took leave and waited your delivery person till 4.30, in which we called your delivery person and he mentioned he cannot come in time.

We have no problem if delivery cannot be made but we just wasted half a day leave to wait for your delivery person which is unacceptable. Arrangements were made with the driver to re-deliver on Thursday (28/6/2018) 3.30 - 5PM again.

Same as on Tuesday we took another half day leave to wait for the delivery but we waited till 4.30 and still no call or any news of your delivery person at all ! Again we do not mind if the delivery was postponed or another day but we appreciate a call if your people cannot make it. Who is going to reimburse us for 2 half-days of work ?

After making call to your side for clarification, a lame excuse was given that CEO call back all delivery trucks to office for whatever reason i do not care.

Kindly give us a proper explanation or if you cannot make the delivery we expect full refund. If there is unsatisfactory reply on this complaint we will forward a copy for Trade Affairs Ministry to lodge an official complaint with them.

Again, your lorry diver call me on 29/6/2018 on 12.30pm another promises make from him. he promised will be deliver on 30/6/2018 before 12pm. But no call no show.

LuLu Hypermarket bad service in extending the validation of my gift voucher

I've visited Lulu Khobar branch before a month and I've tried to use my vouchers but unfortunately they were expired. Costumer services advised me to extend the validation of these voucher and the process will take from two to three weeks and they'll call me. Currently, it's a month and two weeks since I submit the extension request till now I didn't receive any call regarding this.

Can you help and support in this matter or even expedite the process.

LuLu Hypermarket sony ps vr headset

I bought the headset last year on 22/11/2017 and your were giving two cd's with the VR.
First I recived none . I thought it might be inside the box. I came home and check and found no cd.
I went back to the store and told the manager and he gave me one cd The Playstation VR World and then he said we don't have the other cd right now we will imform you when we will have the cd.
Its been exactly 7 months and i havent got the cd.
Please Inform me as soon as possible

LuLu Hypermarket I am complaining about worst service

Today (17-6-18) went to lulu hypermarket (sharjah) al wahda street. V purchased more than 250 aed. I want customer service I really felt very bad experience about your service. I met with mr. Tony to inform abt home delivery. He is not ready to co - operate. Sorry to say that big bazzar

LuLu Hypermarket product and service

With due respect, 11-062018

Further reference shopping of haier window a/c at lulu madina zayed mall on 26-08-2017, note that with in couple of days of purchasing it, it has been down and which has been duly reported in the customer service, it has been replaced with new ac.

As per the technician, who came in my flat frankly shared that the ac is fit to resist the temperature above 40 degree. As per the u.A. E standard, which is not fit for.

Recently, as the temperature gone up, the performance of the ac deteriorated, and which was reported at madina zayed on 03-06-2018, the technician came on 06-06-2018, they did nothing but states that the subjected ac is not compatible for.

Again visited madina zayed and logged in complaint on 07-06-2018, and they agreed that technician would be coming on 09-06-2018, nobody turned out and we were forced to struggle with temperature, later on received a call and agreed to come on 10-06-2018, once again they failed to attend the case on time, finally they came to my flat on 11-06-2018 and took off my ac and put on a back up ac, which is good for nothing.

Biju, who is the service manager of the haier called and exchanged some points each other, in between, he claimed that lulu is their customer and you are the customer of the lulu, accordingly report to the lulu rather than me.

Suffice to say that the product and the service after the sale of the lulu is not up to the mark and which cause great resentments among the customers.

Seeking your good office to fix this issue at the earliest

LuLu Hypermarket veg cutlet - stinks and spoiled

Today evening i have bought Veg Cutlet form LULU Al Qusais branch, the packed veg cutlet is spoiled and stinks- We are unable to eat that neither get that for exchange at your outlet. pl don't give such food as it leads to bad health and we also buy to taste it yummy.
Also kindly note- All the cooked chicken items which we buy form you is not washed to best level, hence it leads to a disgusting smell and taste.
We suggest you to use Turmeric powder and water to clean the chicken were that fishy smell and taste can be removed/reduced.
Pl look into this for better services.

I was standing with all the items (picture attached) that I bought on the cashir and one customer finished paying but I was still waiting for about 20 minutes then when I asked why tbey are not scanning my item they told me that they have a problem with the previous customer card, they supposed to inform me so I can use another cashir but nobody care, it was toda at 9:00 pm, I was a regular customer and I dont think I will continue buying from you again
