Do Not Buy This Mattress... lull's 100 Day Sleep Trail is a Trick... My Wife and I Paid $1700 and Called and Email that we were Not Satisficed with lull, so they talked us into trying a "Support Topper" and BAM "No Refund" we missed the 100 Day Mark... Conmen, Shysters, "Made in China" B.S. Materials, Junk... Don't Waste Your Hard Earned Money

I purchased my lull mattress in November and the left side of the mattress has started to sag. I contacted customer service and they wanted to send out a mattress cover. I don't think that is going to fix the problem. When I sent pictures to Victor he said it looks like the mattress did not expand fully. I make monthly payments without failfor my mattress and it is already defective. There is a 10 year warranty on the mattress imagine what it is going to like in a year or 2. Iwould like them to stand behind their product and send out a replacement mattress.

My credit card company once in a while has fraud alert notifications; after expiriencing this with a purchase at Lull. I recieved a call the following morning from Lull asking for a picture holding my credit card; what kind of racist antics are these. I paid in full after dealing with my credit card company and now I have to be humiliated by clearing the same incident with the vendor after I veeified my informatiuon and confirmation during the screening. I would not buy from this humiliating company ever again.

Lull Mattresses is participating in unsolicited email campaigns where unsubscribe button is used to verify and confirm the email address. I clicked unsubscribe and only received more emails from them and additional emails from other entities. Additionally there is no method for them attaining my email address other than questionable methods. I have never been to their website nor any other online "revolutionary" mattress site. They appear to be a non reputable company whom is not following fcc solicitation laws. I would question their integrity and practices in general.
